The 50's crew morns the passing of another of our great shipmates.

CWO Rogger Tiefenbach, Chief Engineer in 1956-1958 Passed away in El Cajon, California on 22 March, 2006.  Rodger was captured by the Japanese on Corregidor on 6 May, 1942 and was interred in Japanese prison camps until August, 1945.  He was a great positive influence on all of us that served with him.
